Meetings are held at the Casino Theatre in the village on St. Simons and include a short program of entertainment, concluding with light snacks and refreshments.

 Message to Island Players Members

and Information on the May 28, 2013 Meeting

First, we would like to Thank You for your dedication to the Island Players. The Island Players hope that you have enjoyed this past season, and the final weekend of The Robber Bridegroom, if you haven't seen it already. As this season comes to an end, it's the time of year that we elect incoming Board of Directors of The Island Players.

We will be holding a membership meeting this coming Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 8:00pm. We will be announcing incoming Board members and thanking outgoing Board members for their hard work and dedication to the theater. We would love for you to join us for the meeting as well as refreshments afterwards.

Again, Thank You for your patronage. We hope to see you Tuesday evening.

Friends of the Island Players 

 Announcing the formation of Friends of The Island Players

 The goal of  "Friends of the Island Players" is to support The Island Players through education and fund-raising activities. They will provide training and manpower for behind-the-scenes jobs in productions, and offer ways for volunteers to be involved in theater activities year round.

To find out more about this group a meeting will be held at the Casino Theater on Saturday February 16th at 1:00 pm. Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
